At Touch925, we want you to be completely satisfied with your silver jewellery; if your piece isn't perfect, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition and include the authentic packaging and certificates.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or contact our support team with your order number and photos of the jewellery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Packaging

  Place the silver jewellery back into its original Touch925 gift box and secure it in a padded mailing envelope to prevent any damage during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping and Drop-off

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
